Adopting a Dog

Our adoption process consists of having you fill out an application which includes veterinarian and personal references. Once these references have been checked, we will schedule a home visit. The home visit is not meant to invade your privacy. We only want to make sure that your home is safe and prepared for your new pet. At that time you will be required to complete an Adoption Contract with CTHAA.
